› How to Claim Your Prize
Once you've qualified to attend the 2011 Success Club Trip and/or Chairman's Club Adventure, you will be sent the "2011 Success Club Trip" and/or "Chairman's Club Adventure" prize affidavit via email. This document must be signed, completed, and faxed back to 1 (310) 564-2072 or emailed to erika@beachbody.com. Upon receipt of the completed release, you will be sent a registration link and invitation code via email. You must register to claim your prize.
